From where the coffee culture began in the 14th century we have sourced this Direct Trade Ethiopian coffee of the Guji region. This sustainably grown coffee smells of bakers chocolate and raspberries. In the cup this coffee starts has a full mouthfeel with notes of dark chocolate cherry with slight raspberry acidity. We like this coffee because of the strong berry flavors that shine through, particularly raspberries, and it is really good with cherry cordials.
