Mocha Java is said to be the world’s oldest coffee blend, combining two premium coffees with complementary characteristics. Originally, this blend was created with Single-Origin Yemen and Indonesian Java Arabica beans. Today, most commercial blends have substituted a lively, intense, and fruity Ethiopian bean for the Yemen, while still using Indonesian beans. Our Mocha Java blend is full-bodied with a rich, nutty taste, a complex aroma, and hints of cacao. Indonesian Sumatra brings a deep earthiness to the cup and is balanced out by the bright, fruity taste of the Guji.
