Sumatra Mandheling Certified Organic is wet processed and grown near the highlands of Lake Toba. It is distinguished and known by its full body, deep, expansive flavor, and a low-toned, vibrant acidity. In our cup, it is full, earthy, mildly acidic and paradoxically sweet with hints of vanilla bean. The finish is dry and bold leaving a complex resonance on the pallet. This coffee is one of our favorites; we serve this when we want to show off.
